Times: Thursday-Saturday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm; Sunday 9.00 am to 4.00 pm
- 2011 Entrance Fees: Adults $15; Seniors, Aged and Disabled Pensioners $13; Children (5 - 16 years) $4; Family (2 adults & 3 children) $34. Groups of 20 or more $14 pp. Cash only.

- Pets: NO pets allowed thank you.
- Community: The Festival provides fundraising opportunities to over 50 community groups.
- Getting
Around: Free full colour programs are available to visitors upon entering
the Festival Arena. Information booths are located near the two main entrances to answer visitor queries on all Festival matters.
- Electric Carts will be available from garden entry to the Festival site.
- Shuttle Bus will be circulating from the Busways bus stop to the gardens entry and car park areas.
- Rest
Areas: Proper rest areas are scattered throughout the Festival Arena. All rest
areas provide seating with some overhead covering.
- Parcel
Pick Up: To assist those unable to carry parcels to the car park, a local community group, in conjunction with participating exhibitors, provides a Parcel Carry Service. Purchases are collected from the exhibitor stalls and taken to a central pick-up point near the car park area at no charge to visitors. *Visitors who park in the Eastern parking areas, i.e. via The Avenue, will be required to exit onto Central Coast Highway and re-enter the Festival parking area off Kangoo Road to collect their parcels.
- Catering: In addition to the normal range of food outlets, vegetarian and health
food stalls are provided to meet visitors' dietary preferences.
- First
Aid: St. John's First Aid is on-site for the full four days.
- EFTPOS: The Festival offers an EFTPOS Service within the Event Park, but not at the Entry Booth. Cash only to enter.
