Special Incentive Festival Offer

To encourage excellence in flora displays, concession site fees are available to exhibitors prepared to construct floral/garden displays on part of their exhibit space. This special offer applies to commercial organisations displaying primarily flora (also applies to landscape displays with flora content). Selling is permissible but only from the non-display area of the site.

CONCESSION SITE FEE OFFER (incl. GST)

Indoor - Space on a timber surface inside an all white structure with overhead lighting. Cost is a discounted per metre frontage (3 metre deep). Minimum 5 metre frontage required.

Outdoor - 1. Standard 120 sq metre grassed surface sites at discounted rate.
                   2. 6m x 6m covered site, grass surface (flooring optional extra) at adiscounted rate.

Free provision of electricity outlets is part of the concession package for both Indoor and Outdoor offers.

Condition of accepting a concession site fee offer: The site must contain an identifiable quality display occupying a minimum 25% of the overall area.

Important Notes Regarding Concession Rates

a) Exhibits will be listed in the official program under one business name only.

b) While use of various products is encouraged in the overall exhibit, specific promotion of other businesses and/or their products is not permitted under the concession fee structure, eg. other business representatives cannot share the site.

c) Displays will be inspected by the organising committee to ensure compliance with the agreed conditions and the exhibitor will be advised of inspection result. Non compliance with the conditions will result in ineligibility to that concession rate in following years.
