The following map gives an indication of the layout of the Festival Arena.

• The site covers a 5 hectare area containing over 300 exhibits.
• Seating is available in the areas marked "Recreation/Entertainment/Food Stalls".
• Parking attendants will be on site and will direct those in need of disabled parking to a specially designated area.
• Coach Parking is available - enter via The Avenue.
• St. John's Ambulance service is available.
• Lost & Found items can be redeemed from the Information Booth near the western entrance to the grounds.
