New South Wales' premier gardening event, the Australian Springtime Flora Festival, will run from 11th to 14th September 2008 at Mt. Penang Parklands, Kariong near Gosford on the Central Coast of NSW.

This award-winning event is one of the largest and most popular flora events in Australia. Interspersed among the flora displays and landscaped garden settings will be displays by associated commercial suppliers who help to provide the visitor with a total picture of outdoor, garden, lifestyle and home living. In total, there will be over 300 displays to view.

Visitors will be able to enjoy the stage entertainment or watch minstrels and other entertainers mixing with the crowd to create a unique atmosphere of fun and relaxation. At the nearby children's activity area, children will be entertained and educated while providing a break for parents.

Not to be outdone, arts and crafts people from all over Australia will hold their own exhibition with over 50 individuals and groups involved.
