Exhibitor Booking Information

• Festival location: Mt. Penang Parklands, Pacific Highway, Kariong near Gosford, just 1 km off the Sydney/Newcastle F3 Freeway.
  
  
• Exhibitor set up/pull down times: Formal set up time commences 8.00 am, Monday, 8th September 2008. Security will be on site out of hours from that date. Displays to be removed by 5.00 pm Monday, 15th September, 2008. Exceptions to the above by special arrangement only.
  
  
• Site rates and incentives: Click here for general site rates or click here for special incentives offers to exhibitors who construct feature flora displays.
  
  
• Site bookings: Contact the Festival here or phone (02) 4343 4469 for an Application Form to be sent to your postal address.
  
  
• Pricing of nursery flora products: Wholesale Nurseries are welcome at the Festival but are encouraged to set fair and realistic retail prices. All sale stock must be price tagged.
  
  
• Siting: The Committee reserves the right to allocate sites on the basis of timeliness of full payment, product category and overall Festival presentation. Requests for siting in particular areas will be favourably considered whenever possible but within the guidelines just stated.
